General Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and using the machines sold by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception.

We sell used machines on an "as is where is" basis. This means that the machines are sold without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, as to their condition, fitness for purpose, or suitability for any particular use. It is your responsibility to inspect the machines before purchase and to satisfy yourself as to their condition.

You can purchase a machine by contacting us through our website or by visiting our physical location. Once you have agreed to purchase a machine, you will be required to pay the purchase price in full before taking possession of the machine.

Upon payment of the purchase price, you will be entitled to take possession of the machine. You are responsible for arranging transport of the machine from our location to your desired destination. We do not offer any transportation services.

We will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the machines purchased from us. We will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property, or any other loss or damage arising from the use of the machines.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or the machines purchased from us.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik (422007).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

After the lift-off time has elapsed, a standard storage charge of INR 25,000 per month will be applicable until the machine is removed from our premises. The storage charge must be paid in full before the machine can be released.

If the machine remains on our premises for more than 60 days after the lift-off time has elapsed, and if we are unable to contact you or if you fail to pay the storage charges, we reserve the right to consider the machine abandoned. In such a case, we may dispose of the machine at our sole discretion, and you will have no claim against us for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the disposal.

All technical specifications of the machines listed on our website or provided to you are subject to change without prior notice, and are not binding. We make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the technical specifications provided. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any technical specifications before purchasing the machine.

No modifications, alterations, or tampering with the machines shall be made unless you obtain proper permission from the relevant authorities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. In any events of unauthorized modifications you shall be solely responsible for any damages, costs, or liabilities arising from such modifications.

By purchasing and using the machines sold by us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing the use and operation of the machines. You agree to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required for the purchase, use, or operation of the machines, and to provide us with proof of such permits, licenses, or certifications upon request.

We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, or standards governing the use and operation of the machines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our website and the purchase of machines from us, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such matters.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of our right to enforce such provision.
